I have a go too, if you have time. I didn’t come forward at first since I thought I’d let some one else have the chance to work with you. You’ve already been a big influence on my writing. :)

Yes Dana, I’d love to give it a shot and write some collaborative sentences with you. Pray tell the rules.

Hi Abigail. I’d love to. It’ll have to wait a little while, though. I am more than overextended right now with MFA applications, co-editing this and that and running projects like Shore Tags. Maybe in January?

Got something to say, toughguy?

This is my blog wherein I, Dana Guthrie Martin, write things and stuff. Most of the time, writing and I hobble along in a sort of three-legged race where there is no finish line. (more...)

I don’t know where the next poem is going to come from — a bit of language, an image, a mood, a recalled experience. Something sets off a train of associations and the poem begins. — Charles Simic
